To the fullest extent allowable by the applicable laws, Eastmond Villas nor any of our employees, affiliates or authorized reps will be held accountable for forfeiture, damages or associated loss stemming from or in connection with the use of a property or it's assets. This includes but is certainly not limited to unintended or consequential damages or loss, loss of data, revenue, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. This applies whether or not EV as a company has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. If there is a chance that this clause is unenforceable whether in part or its entirety in any jurisdiction due to relevant laws, then in no event shall EV have any obligation (financial or not) to assist clients for any damages, losses, and claims (whether in contract, tort (including but not limited to carelessness, negligence or otherwise for example).
